Laura is about to be the first (and
probably the last) of us to get her doctorate (I'm
certainly not giving her any competition)! As with the
rest of us, food has always been important. Her major
is Nutrition, and her doctoral work is dealing with
shelf life of chocolates. Rather than try to explain
it, here is her first
